How do job requests work for pros?
Who receives each request and how to reply.
Each request goes to the businesses that list the service and cover the customer's city. It arrives by email and in Job requests in the dashboard, with the job details and photos. Each request accepts up to 5 quotes, so the first good quotes win most jobs.
Speed matters: the Send a quote button in the email opens the request without a password, and a price, the earliest date and a short message are all it takes. The customer can see the business profile and call while comparing quotes. When the customer chooses the quote, the business receives the customer's name and contact details by email. When the calendar is full, Accepting new job requests can be switched off under Availability.
In cities where paid plans have started, businesses on the free plan receive new requests a short time after Pro businesses and can send a limited number of quotes per month. The current limits are shown in Plan & stats. More in Is khalasna free?
