Privacy policy

We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by Royal Decree No. M/19 of 9/2/1443H and amended by Royal Decree No. M/148 of 5/9/1444H. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we collect

• Requests: name, mobile number, optional email, city and area, and job details you provide.
• Pro accounts: name, email, mobile, business details, photos and content you add.
• Technical data: IP address and basic logs used for security and spam prevention.

How we use it

• To send your request to the pros who cover your area (they see the job, not your contact details), to share your name and contact details with the pro you choose, and to send you updates about the request.
• To run pro accounts and show public profiles.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal data.

Who receives it

Pros who receive your request see your name, contact details and job details. We use service providers for hosting and email delivery, who process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Pro account data is kept while the account is active.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Write to [email protected].

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sessions, security and remembering your login. We do not use advertising cookies.
